Privacy policy

This policy explains how the Liberia Entrepreneurship and Innovation Network (LEIN), a program of the Association of Africans and Caribbean Network (AACN), handles personal information on this website.
Course applications
Applications for our courses are made through a form hosted by Jotform. Your application is stored by Jotform and seen only by authorised LEIN staff. Jotform handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Forms on this website
Our contact form and our county and campus interest form ask for details such as your name, phone number or email address, county and a message. Please do not include identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information.
When you submit a form, your entries are saved securely and can be seen only by authorised LEIN staff. We use them to reply to you and to organise county teams and campus chapters. A hidden form field helps identify automated spam. Completing a form is not consent to marketing messages.
Student and member information
Information about students and members, such as names, phone numbers, counties and activity records, is kept private. It is visible only to authorised LEIN staff and is not shared with third parties.
Newsletter
If you join our newsletter, we store your email address and your consent so we can send occasional LEIN updates. You can ask us at any time to remove you from the list.
Cookies and outside services
This site does not add advertising cookies or an analytics service. Hosting and outside services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the page requested.
When set up, the Facebook Page plugin loads when its section comes into view, and a featured YouTube video loads only after you choose to play it, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. Social links, sharing buttons and the application form take you to outside services with their own policies. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking them may affect embedded content.
Photographs
Photos of adults are published only with their consent. Photos of anyone under 18 are published only with written parent or guardian consent. Contact us if you have a concern about a photograph.
Your choices and questions
You may ask us about personal information you have provided, or request a correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent.
